Just downloaded and tried the new tech demo - 'Wars of Ketpondr'
Much improved over the first iteration I must say - much clearer how battles 'work'.
Also much harder though - the enemy just seemed to swarm me after a time and it wasn't clear exactly where my shot would go - given shots seem to take a straight line from the gun barrel.
Guess there'll be a gun sight included at some stage?
It's done, I'll be uploading an update tomorrow or sat. hopefully.

Is there an overall goal for each level?
not yet, but I plan for there to be different goals for different levels.
Radar's too small and I'm not keen on the bottom left placement.
I agree. bottom left was free, so I used it. top left and about 1.5x the size would be better, you think?
Movement's ok, but the camera was sometimes obscured by wall geometry.

Also, I'm fine with the game using graphics from TU (radar plots?), but the music is licensed from another party for TU and I'd prefer you not use those for release versions or demos.
game graphics: I made, but are (in the most recent indev release) very similar to yours. I have, however, changed them to look like pixeled top-down views of each tank.
game music: mkay. I wasn't too sure, and it's the only music I can find that fits. :<
I have a music guy, though, and he's working on original music for the game. (I needed something, and I'll look into other music for future releases...)
