I felt some of the sounds of George's were a little too low-fi... Also some of his movements displayed some bad arm-shoulder mesh fitting. Not all the movements thoe, just some movements felt they didn't do justice to the model. Or, the model wasn't quite perfect where the shoulders are. There is a little stretch in the beginning of when you see George, I think a little explanation is required, as we have no clue.

Agreed - but this is where being an indie means you're a jack of all trades and a master of none. My character animating skills are pretty basic.
