I am indeed on Steam. Could I have gotten the game from you directly?

Yes (or rather, through Meridian4) - but updates are an easier proposition on Steam.

If you can hold on, I'll be looking at making an update - hopefully before Christmas and so I'll add this to the list.

Thanks

It will be an improvement worth waiting for. In fact, the game will be worth more to me than the $10 I paid for it. Is there a way I might be able to make a direct payment to you in appreciation after you make the change?

Heh - I appreciate the thought, but if you bought it through Steam, I have made some money, so that's ok 8-)

We'll see how the update goes...

There should be a Steam update available any time now that allows most keyboard default commands to be mapped to the mouse buttons (1&2).

It's still not 100% - powerups (f4 -> f9) are still keyboard defaults only (although you can map mine drop or turbo/sprint or forward to the mouse) and the numpad keys are still unmappable, but it's much more flexible than before.

(Have also increased sprint time for quicker travel on-foot)

Thanks

Thank you for the holiday work. Either forward to the mouse or fire to the keyboard will greatly extend my playing time.

The Steam update's come through - you should be able to bind forward to lmb/rmb and fire to the keyboard (excluding numpad or function keys).

Let me know how it goes for you.

Thanks

Forward movement to the right mouse button is working great for me. Triples the time I can play. Thank you.

Good!

(also fixed a couple of messages during cutscenes that weren't showing remapped key commands correctly and bumped up the sprint time by 25% for quicker on-foot travel).

Thanks
